COVID-19 Sanitation Protocols 

We want our guests to know they can trust Salon Plush to be a safe space. Our space is 2400sf and currently allows us to comfortably hold 3 guest per stylist and still exceed the minimum social distance of 6 feet.

We enforce all OSHA and CDC guidelines to  keep a safe space.

OUR MOST  CURRENT GUIDELINES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

 

  • PLEASE CALL WHEN YOU ARRIVE FROM YOUR CAR!!!

  • EMPLOYEES NOR GUESTS WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES IF THEY HAVE COVID-19 SYMPTOMS

  • GUESTS WILL BE SERVED BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

  • GUESTS WILL RECEIVE A TEMPERATURE CHECK PRIOR TO  SERVICE

  • GUESTS WILL BE SPACED 6 FEET APART AT ALL TIMES, IF 6 FEET ISN'T AVAILABLE A DIVIDER WILL BE PRESENT.

  • GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO SANITIZE HANDS AT THE DOOR.

  • OUR TEAM WILL  DISINFECT  AND SANITIZE ALL SURROUNDING SURFACES AND TOOLS USED BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER.

  • CAPES AND ROBES WILL BE WASHED AFTER EVERY USE, WE WILL BE OFFERING "STYLING KITS" FOR PURCHASE, THESE INCLUDE A CAPE,  A CLIP, A WET BRUSH, AND ROUND BRUSH. Price starting at $30

  • GUESTS AND EMPLOYEES WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK, PLEASE DO NOT WEAR AN EXPENSIVE MASK TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A MASK YOU CAN PURCHASE A DISPOSABLE MASK FOR $2.00. 

  • GUESTS MUST COME TO THEIR APPOINTMENT ALONE, UNLESS BRINGING A MINOR TO THEIR RESERVATION.  THEN A CHAIR WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE WAITING AREA FOR YOU.

  • ALL MAGAZINES, FOOD AND BEVERAGE WILL BE REMOVED AT THIS TIME INCLUDING YOUR OWN. WE  APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE SINCE THIS HAS ALWAYS BEEN A NICE PART OF YOUR EXPERIENCE.

  • NO HAND SHAKES, HUGS OR KISSES ALLOWED.

  • TIPS WILL BE EXCHANGED TO OUR STAFF VIA TIPPY (OUR NEW TIPPING KIOSK) OR VENMO.

  • YOU CAN EXPECT TO SEE OUR TEAM WIPING DOWN DOWN OUR DOORS, KNOBS AND BATHROOMS REGULARLY

  • WE ASK THAT YOU TRY TO BRING MINIMAL BELONGINGS TO YOUR RESERVATION
